Many past experiences ( I have been anywhere between trial mod and super admin)
Why would WispRP benefit from having you on the administration team?:
I could enforce the rules to make sure this server remains great
Scenarios:
Let's create a in-game example to test your skills. Let's say a player joins the server causing some problems by rdming and just generally annoying players. He is warned, but then all of a sudden, he starts spamming OOC that he's going to start DDoSing the server. How are you going to handle this situation?:
Warn him for spam, then mute/gag him
Let's another example. You are off duty, and there are no AODs online. You notice a fellow server admin fly by you as a non-AOD. In what circumstances is this allowed? Argue your point.:
If someone asks for help/breaking the rules I would say it would be fair to be able to go handle the situation quickly without having to switch jobs
