He is warned, but then all of a sudden, he starts spamming OOC that he's going to start DDoSing the server. How are you going to handle this situation?:
Let's another example. You are off duty, and there are no AODs online. You notice a fellow server admin fly by you as a non-AOD. In what circumstances is this allowed? Argue your point.:
